Welcome to the official support page for Aarij Seller Toolkit, a Chrome extension that helps sellers prepare product listings, generate AI-assisted content, manage product information, work with listing images, estimate profitability, and complete supported seller-panel tasks more efficiently.

Getting started

Install Aarij Seller Toolkit from the Chrome Web Store.
Pin the extension to the Chrome toolbar.
Open it from the toolbar or Chrome side panel.
Sign in with your registered account.
Activate a subscription when required.
Open a supported Meesho Supplier product-listing page.
Select the required listing, image, calculation, or AI tool.

Please review all generated information before submitting or publishing a product listing.

Installation help

The extension is not visible

Click the Extensions icon beside the Chrome address bar, find Aarij Seller Toolkit, and click the pin icon. You can also open chrome://extensions and confirm that the extension is enabled.

The side panel is not opening

Refresh the current tab.
Confirm that the extension is enabled.
Open a supported seller page first.
Restart Chrome.
Update Chrome to the latest version.

Login and account support

I cannot sign in

Check your email address, password, internet connection, account verification, and subscription status. Use the password-reset option when available.

Never share your password, OTP, licence key, payment-card details, or marketplace login credentials with anyone claiming to provide support.

My subscription is active, but features are locked

Sign out of the extension.
Close and reopen Chrome.
Sign in again.
Refresh your subscription or licence status.
Confirm that the same email address was used for payment and extension login.

Meesho listing assistance

The extension is not detecting the listing page

Confirm that you are on a supported Meesho Supplier page.
Make sure the page is fully loaded.
Allow the extension to access the current site.
Refresh the page after installing or updating the extension.

Marketplace website changes may temporarily affect field detection. Send us a screenshot and the affected page details if the issue continues.

Some fields are not being filled

Check that the correct product profile is selected, all required product information is entered, the page is fully loaded, and the field is not disabled by the marketplace. The extension fills supported fields only after you initiate the relevant action.

AI tools

AI content is not generating

Check your internet connection, subscription status, required product information, upload limits, and plan usage limits. The AI service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable.

Generated content is inaccurate

AI-generated content may contain errors. Review all titles, descriptions, product attributes, categories, prices, claims, and keywords before publishing.

Image tools

An image is not uploading

Use a supported format such as JPEG, JPG, PNG, or WebP where available. Make sure the file is not corrupted and does not exceed the displayed size limit.

An image is not downloading

Check that Chrome allows downloads, the extension has download permission, and the file has not been blocked by the browser.

Billing and subscriptions

Aarij Seller Toolkit may require a monthly subscription for premium or full access. Payments are processed through the Aarij Mart website or the payment provider shown during checkout.

We will never ask you to send full card details, CVV numbers, banking passwords, or OTPs by email or support message.

Cancellation

To request cancellation, email support@aarijmart.com with your registered email address, subscription plan, payment reference number, and cancellation request.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase. Include your registered email address, payment date, amount, payment reference, and reason for the request.
